Why we book in packs of 10.

Ten sessions gives your coach room to plan properly. We look at how you move, set the goal, build the programme and progress it session by session. It’s how we programme efficiently, and how you see results.

Booking one session at a time makes that hard to do well. A pack means every session builds on the last.

What a pack can include

Your programme

Planned around your goals and progressed every session. Every exercise is there for a reason.

Nutrition guidance

Practical advice that fits how you live, so what you eat supports your training.

Training outside the studio

Support with the sessions you do on your own, so everything works together.

No deadlines

Your pack doesn’t expire.

Use your sessions in your own time, or at the cadence your coach recommends to get the results you’re after. No contracts, no use-it-or-lose-it.
